- En semaine : 9h-22h
- Le week-end : 12h-21h

Nouveauté de la rentrée au CRDN : "Les mardis de la culture"
Les enseignants en Langues et cultures et la bibliothèque organisent un nouvel événement au CRDN. Cet événement regroupera enseignants, étudiants et personnels pour échanger autour d'ouvrages exposés selon une thématique qui sera mise à l'honneur.
Nous vous attendons nombreux pour le premier Mardi de la culture, le 18 octobre, sur le thème de la cuisine !

Videoconference: how to make two reservations at once?
If you want to organize a videoconference in one of the rooms on campus, Synapses offers you the possibility in a single operation to reserve the room and a Zoom link.:
- Reserve only the time slot and the desired room.
(In order to improve the fluidity of room reservations, consider systematically adding an additional 30 minutes to the duration of occupation.)
- Proceed to a "duplicate" of your reservation (1)
- Choose the option "several rooms on the same slot" (2)
- Choose a virtual room (3-4)

Synapses: version upgrade
Synapses 2.8 installed on May 16 brings the following changes.
Version 2.8 :
- Evolution of the jury module.
- Evolution of graduation rules (weeks in companies, weeks of internships abroad, language level and language tests)
- Management of educational enrollments "in debt"
- Repetition management
- Improvement of the internship module
Synapses 2.9, planned for the end of September, will cover the following features.
Version 2.9 :
- Management of room preemption requests
- Reservation of the shared teaching building (BEM)
- Registration of students from the INES platform

The management interface of your IT account turn over a new leaf!
You have a new management interface with all the features already present in the old version (change of password, settings for the telephone service, guest Wi-Fi account, information on the use of services, etc.).
This new version, available in English and French, will also allow you to directly create an Office 365 account.

Updated practical rooms
The Linux workstations in the practical training rooms were updated to Debian 11 this summer. You will find the software already present updated, as well as the virtual machines already present in the previous installation.
Wi-Fi Calling
We informed you in a previous gazette about the possibility of making WIFI calls within our campus. We remind you that this feature is only available on the Eduroam network. Remember to disable the "Automatic connection" option in the Campus-Telecom WIFI settings.

PARTAGE : transfer of resources
You can transfer your folders or files to a new owner without calling support team. These operations are not instantaneous and the recipient must accept the transfer via app notifications.
Steps :
1. The transfer request is sent to the recipient (the recipient must accept or refuse, in both cases the owner is not notified).
2. If he has accepted, an automated process is run every 15 minutes: it is this process that will trigger the transfer. Users must therefore wait a maximum of 15 minutes before the transfer is completed.
3. When the transfer is complete, the recipient is notified by the application. The transferred resources disappear from the owner's account and appear in the recipient's home in a folder prefixed with "transferred from..."
You will find in the documentation below various contributions of the new version and in particular on pages 11, 12 and 13 the methods for the transfer of rights.

- Weekend: 12 pm-9 pm

"Mardis de la culture"
The library and the teachers of Languages and Cultures Department (LC) are organizing a new event at the CRDN which will allow students, teachers and staff to discuss the works on display, according to a theme in the spotlight.
The program starts on October 18 with Cooking.
