Nouveauté au CRDN : Coups de cœur des enseignants
Depuis octobre 2022, le premier jeudi de chaque mois, le CRDN vous propose une nouvelle rubrique : Les « Coups de cœur des enseignants ».
La bibliothèque expose pendant trois semaines dans la salle des ouvrages le livre coup de cœur d’un enseignant, ainsi que sa fiche de lecture.

From February to November 2022, a satisfaction survey was launched among all teachers, coordinators of studies, as well as the students of the 7 Synapses schools (Agro ParisTech, ENSTA, IOGS, IP Paris, Mines Albi, Telecom Paris and Polytechnique)
The overall Synapses score for the 1,821 respondents is 3.9/5. |

New Feature: Room Preemption Management
The pre-emption of a room enables priority to be given in advance to a room with time slots of one or more periods for the preparation of schedules.
Pre-emption is not a reservation, the planning managers must then assign the pre-empted room to the educational activity slots. Only after this assignment is the room considered reserved.

Password recovery interface for students
In case of forgotten password, a new interface allows students to reset it. The link is available on the authentication form of our web applications.

New Network Multifunction Printers
The new Ricoh MFPs (a unique model for the entire Palaiseau campus) are being rolled out.
It is a N&B/color printer, 45 pages per minute in A4 and A3, equipped with a badge reader and a new printing release solution: Papercut (associated documentation will be available soon).
Capacity: 2 bins of 550 sheets in A3, 2 bins of 550 sheets in A4 + 1 side bin of 1500 sheets in A4.

Thévenin auditorium: addition of microphones and new video feature
New microphones complete the equipment.
This auditorium is now equipped with 3 handheld microphones and 7 headband microphones, available from the hostesses at the reception (including battery stocks for the microphones)
New video feature:
On the wall of images, it is now possible to have a video feedback from the camera of the control, in order to obtain a zoom of the whiteboard on the wall of images. This device will allow the most distant people to see more clearly the content displayed on the widescreen (several areas).

New : Compilatio Magister
Télécom Paris offers its teaching-research community a tool to prevent and detect plagiarism: Compilatio Magister.
This tool saves time by automatically controlling the “borrowings” in the digital renderings of their students by analyzing and verifying the authenticity of the personal works rendered by the students.

Teachers' favourites
Since October 2022, the first Thursday of every month, the library has offered you a new section:"Coups de cœur des enseignants".
For three weeks, the library displays a teacher’s favourite book and reading sheet in the reading room.
