Le Centre de Ressources Documentaires et Numériques (CRDN) vous propose de retrouver toutes les informations sur les ressources, les services, la recherche et le doctorat, les évènements et les informations pratiques de votre bibliothèque sur le site Internet de l’école. Les rubriques sont actualisées et réorganisées de manière à retrouver plus facilement l’information recherchée.

Videoconference: how to make two reservations at once?
If you want to host a videoconference in a physical room, then generate a Zoom link for that meeting:
- Reserve only the time slot and the desired room.
(In order to improve the fluidity of room reservations, consider systematically adding an additional 30 minutes to the duration of occupation.)
- Proceed to a "duplicate" of your reservation (1)
- Choose the option "several rooms on the same slot" (2)
- Choose a virtual room (3-4)

Stopping the "Audioconfs" service
Following the heavy use of Zoom videoconferencing, we have seen a significant drop in the traditional telephone audioconferencing system. The Audioconfs service will be discontinued at the end of the month.
Its replacement is ensured by the equivalent functionality on Zoom virtual rooms because, like the classic service, the latter have the advantage of allowing you to join the conference by a simple telephone number as well as using the client zoom or a web browser.
Renewal of printers
The new printer market was won by Ricoh. All printers will be replaced by the summer with a single model for the entire Palaiseau campus.
For information, this is a B&W/colour printer, 45 pages per minute in A4 and A3, with badge reader and a new printing release solution: Papercut.
Capacity: 2 x 550 sheet tray in A3, 2 x 550 sheet tray in A4 + 1 x 1500 sheet side tray in A4

Purchase of HP equipment for personal use
The Matinfo5 market was recently renewed and won by HP, which no longer offers the possibility of purchasing a personal computer.
